How often does a cold plunge need to be cleaned?

Most residential plunges need water care every 2–4 weeks and a full drain-and-clean every 3–6 months. Commercial plunges (gyms, studios) typically need weekly service and a deep clean monthly. We'll recommend a cadence after seeing your unit.
What does Driftwood Care actually do at each visit?

Every visit includes water testing (pH, ORP, sanitiser, hardness), sanitation top-up, filter inspection or change, equipment check (chiller, pump, UV/ozone), surface wipe-down, and a written service report sent to your email.
Do you service plunges you didn't sell?

Yes. We service every major brand including Plunge, Renu Therapy, Morozko Forge, Ice Barrel, Edge Theory Labs, Inergize and most custom-built plunges.
What if my chiller breaks?

We diagnose on site, handle warranty claims with the manufacturer where applicable, and either repair in place or coordinate replacement. Subscribers get priority response within 48 hours.

Yes — Driftwood Care services the greater Los Angeles area from Malibu to Pasadena to the South Bay. Travel surcharges may apply outside LA County.
