How often does a cold plunge need to be cleaned?

Most residential plunges need water care every 2–4 weeks and a full drain-and-clean every 3–6 months. Commercial plunges (gyms, studios) usually need weekly service and a deep clean monthly. We recommend a cadence after seeing your unit.
What chemicals do you use?

We default to chlorine-free programs (hydrogen peroxide + ozone or UV where the system supports it). When chlorine is required by a manufacturer or commercial code, we run it at the lowest effective level.
Do you service plunges you didn't sell?

Yes — most of our service work is on units other companies installed. We service Plunge, Renu Therapy, Morozko Forge, Ice Barrel, Edge Theory Labs, Inergize and most custom-built plunges.
What's included in a deep clean?

Full drain, surface scrub, sanitise, filter housing clean-out, UV bulb inspection, equipment check, refill and rebalance. Most deep cleans take 2–3 hours on-site.

Yes — Driftwood Care services the greater Los Angeles area from Malibu to Pasadena to the South Bay. Travel surcharges may apply outside LA County.
